Government Benefits For Veterans
Here is a list of links that military members and government employees should be familiar with. There are many more benefits and government organizations but we feel these are the most important. Veterans wounded in a war declared by congress will have medical benefits for life. Veterans not wounded in combat with a honorable discharge will have five years of VA benefits. Veterans awarded the purple heart normally receive free memberships for veterans groups: american legion, military order of the purple heart, etc...
